1. Live Classes — Enrolment and Payment
Live-class subscriptions are billed monthly. The monthly cutoff day is the 8th: enrolments on or before the 8th are charged for that same month; enrolments after the 8th are charged immediately and start on the 1st of the following month. A minimum commitment of 3 months applies, counted from the 1st of the month. After the commitment, subscriptions continue monthly until cancelled with 1 month written notice.
2. Late Payments
Payments made after the due date are subject to a 10% late fee. Automatic reminders are sent before the due date.
3. Waiting Lists
If no matching class is currently available, students may be placed on a waiting list. Two lists are maintained: (a) families who have already paid and are waiting for a class match, and (b) families who have not yet paid because there is no availability. Ranking is first-come, first-served, with limited manual overrides at Brain Biscuit's discretion.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations require 1 month written notice. During the notice period the seat remains reserved and classes continue as normal. On cancellation the seat is offered to the next-ranked student on the waiting list.
5. Recorded Courses
Recorded courses are sold as a separate subscription. Access to the recorded library, progress tracking and badges is available for the duration of an active subscription.
